Rick, I'm not so sure we would all rest a little easier if everyone was as forthcoming as those in Willmar, Minnesota. What if the disclosures were not comforting? I had to groan when I read that Willmar (population 18,831 according the MN data base) started their Y2K project in March of last year and still have things scheduled to be done this year. I know several small cities in my area who have not begun a project yet, and a couple of others just starting. Their disclosures might make me want to cry, not breath a sigh of relief. Sometimes ignorance IS bliss.
