I've got an Olympus ES-10 scanner. I can operate properly on W95 but the driver seems doesn't work with NT 4.0 How can I solve this problem?

It almost certainly needs a driver that supports NT: Few consumer imaging devices do so. Your best bet is to contact Epson, see if they have an NT driver for the ES-10.
