Audio editing software tips

Just in case you haven't heard about it, Sonic Foundry's Sound Forge 4.5 is a terrific program for doing audio editing. I've been able to rescue a lot of flawed audio and sweeten some perfectly good material with this software. The Noise Reduction plug-in is also terrific for taking out any annoying constant background hums, air conditioners, etc. If you're editing software uses .wav files for audio tracks, I'd strongly suggest you check it out.
