Comprehensive Test of the new Canon EF 35/1.4 L?

I would like to know if anybody knows of a comprehensive test of the new Canon 35/1.4L lens. From a brief user report I have seen it seems that it is nothing short of amazing, supposedly better than any SLR 35/1.4 lens and directly comparable to the Leica M 35/1.4 Summilux lens. This has shocked me especially since the report also had a detail of a huge enlargement of a picture shot wide open which is rather impressive. I really like such fast lenses for shooting in available light (especially environmental portraits) and I prefer the 35mm perspective to the 50mm for this job. I feel that the Nikon 28/1.4D (I have a small Nikon system) and especially the Canon 24/1.4L are too wide for such work and can't double as normal lenses (for my taste). I do not think that a AF 35.1/4 lens exists (only the Contax AX can autofocus the Distagon 35/1.4) so naturally I am very intrigued by this lens, especially given the extremely high praise in the user report I saw.
