Where are the best "snorkeling holes" on Oahu & Maui for beginners?

On Oahu, Hanauma Bay is definitely the best experience. You need to get there early in the morning for parking, but more importantly before the "crowds" kick up the sand and make the water cloudy by lunch time. It is like being in a Jacque Cousteau film. The fish swim with you and you can get fish food to feed them. Since it is a marine sanctuary, the fish have no fear of humans.
