Please keep in mind that y2knewswire reports must be excepted for what they are. Propaganda. Just as you must read between the lines of the NERC reports and SEC filings, you must do the same with these reports. Y2knewswire is run by y2ksupply.com, a seller of foods and other products for y2k.

Just as NERC may have have their agenda, so does this outfit. Which is, to put hteir spin on a story to sell products.
