You can create a community web page for your local area

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

A lot of folks are looking for others in their local area to share information. At www.resilience2000.com we've just started making community pages available to anyone that wants to start one. At this point you can view/add comments and links. If there's a desire for it we could add bulletin boards too.

If you'd like create a community page for sharing information about y2k in your local area, you can do it at Resilience 2000: Communities. You just send me an email with the name of your local area .. I'll create a community page for you to use .. you take it from there.

I'm doing it for free. I'm not expecting to be overwhelmed with requests so I'll just add pages for whoever wants them when they request them. No cost to set up, no cost to maintain.

You can see the few pages that have just started (most people haven't added content yet) at Resilience 2000: Communities. The list of community pages is at the bottom of the page.
