I have a client that is complaing constantly of ghosting on the opposite side as the cleaning station... We have replaced his printer and it still occurs.... Whats the Dillio....

Answers

You might have him try running the printer in a unidirectional mode. This has solved a lot of problems for us when printing 50 and 60 inch plots.

Try a firmware upgrade to 113.
