Their sum total of compliant plants is one old 30MW hydro plant from 1940 (Chickamauga), and a couple of 80MW gas turbines running on Number 2 fuel oil (Gallatin).

Suffice it to say it's not real hard to make these puppies compliant. I'd rather hear them say that the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant or Browns Ferry Nuclear plants were doing this.

Makes for good press, but you gotta peel back the layers.
