Information please re. oxygen accumulator, solar panel, storage batteries & inverter?

My mother is on an oxygen concentrator 24 hrs/day (electricity ). It has been advised that I get an oxygen accumulator, a solar panel, and some storage batteries and an inverter (I guess to replace the lack of electricity to run the concentrator.) I have no idea where to start in this project. The concentrator she is currently using takes 2000 watts or 2 kilowatts to run a generator. It is 115 volts, 4.7 Amps power consumption, 380 Amps and when its turned on, the "power up spike" of 16 Amps....(hope someone out there has some idea of what that all means!) Any ideas?

[Click!] .. strikeout turned off. A gentle nudge to the previous poster and anyone else wishing to make a "smile" notation in the text:

If you try to make a "smile" symbol like this: <S>
use parentheses (S) .. or brackets [S] .. or braces {S} ..

The < > pair .. plus the letter 'S' in between are the hypertext command for "strikout"...

Thanks :)

Check with her insurance company also. They should be willing to pay for parts of backup energy source.
