I'm a little unclear. How does 2-207 apply to NON-merchants? The term becomes part of the contract unless what?

my understanding is that the additional or different term does not become part of the contract, end of story. and see only the first part of Subsection 2: they are proposals, so the law of proposals governs their fate. then look at the last sentence of Subsection three: "... incorporated under any other provision of ths Act."
