I don't know what kind of computer you are using. I tried to open and play VCD with my laptop. You just put the VCD in and open XingMPEG program. Do you have this program?

You open the file and play it. That's it.

Windows Media Player now supports mpeg-1 decoding. If you have Windows 95/98 you can download an upgrade from Microsoft and use it to play vcds.
