how to write a CDROM

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Kurzweil Users : One Thread

I would like to transfer my K2000 files on a CDROM with a CD-Recorder plugged on a PC (SCSI bus). I did already find the program Kcdmaker which allows me to create an image file of my K2000 files on the PC. But... I didn't success to write this image on a CD; it's not recognized by my K2000. I think I should do a CD copy with a DOS program but where can I find such a program? (too old?). If anyone owns the solution.... thanks

The problem is probably with the program that you are using to burn the disk. Please visit the website from which you downloaded KCDMaker. It has detailed directions as to which programs will work and which won't.

I'm able to do it successfully with an old version of Easy CD Pro MM.

Hope this helps,

Mike Martin
