problems with the calendar

I have received a called this a.m. letting me know that there was a problem with our Records Managers Calendar. Thank you for letting me know. If you have a problem getting into anything in the near future, please bring it to my attention. I try to find all the problems before our customers but sometimes I am unable to. As for the calendar I have sent a trouble call into the company we got our licence with and hopefully I will get a response back sometime today. I will let you know the progress. Thanks again Karen.
