Stash Tea Co has a website http://www.stashtea.com/ with tea history tea quote etc. The best sources about tea history in Chinese are still Chinese Tea books and references. Not much on the web, AFAIK.

I don't know of any web sites on the history of tea, but you might be able to get some book suggestions from my favorite source for tea, Upton Tea Imports. You can get Upton's e-mail address from their site, http://www.uptontea.com. The proprietor often discusses tea history and old maps and books in the essay he writes for their quarterly printed catalogue.
