Happy New Year to all!! Let's kick back and relax for the last weekend we can. Grab some vintage music, "Blues Project", "Jefferson Airplane", anything by Kooper (well, excluding maybe "this Diamond Ring" or the "Lynard Skynard" eras). Or grab some curent stuff and unwind for a whole weekend. Pull your Significant Other close, and your kids and cats (for those so blessed) and celebrate the life we have right now.

Stop whatever you are doing for prepping, etc. and just enjoy the current moment. Monday WILL come, and with it reality.

Let's let it go for a while!!

Chuck, wearing his Diane S. hat, who is going to have a quiet New Year at home and a PARTY to go to on Saturday!!!

And a very Happy New Year to all of you. May all of you beat the panic and prepare for the times yet to come.

It's 'Lynyrd Skynyrd' - named after their favorite high school teacher. I grew up with them. Used to listen to them in local nightclubs here in the 70's. One of the greatest bands of all time! Luv that Southern Rock'n'Roll!! Now I'm gonna have to dig out some OLD albums!

Happy New Year Yourdonites! Peace, prosperity and Preparation!

Tonight we're staying home, watching the movie "Contact" and I'm making homemade pizza, mariated mushrooms, smoked oysters, chip and dip, veggie dish. Candles alight, blankets and snuggling abound!

See you on the other side!

Wow Donna, you are making me hungry! Sounds good. Quiet night tonight, family party tomorrow.

Everyone have a safe New Year, and don't eat any Fruitcake!

Offline, Rob.

Quite quiet. About to open some bubbly and get offline. Party tomorrow.

Leo, saw the Sydney, Australia harbor fireworks on TV! Remembered when I was "in person" at a special party for the -- was it 50 or 100 year anniversary? of the -- Golden Gate Bridge. The most impressive fireworks display I'd ever seen! Loved the waterfall cascade of lights falling off the bridge. Reminded me of your bridge and tonight's special effects.

May you all find yourselves in safe harbors, nestled and warm, protected from the harsh side of humanity and surrounded by the wonderful, on all sides this coming year!

Should be an interesting "ride" of the century next year.

Happy New Year, Diane
