I am looking for some good examples of community Y2K contingency planning that is working. I am organising several forums on Y2K awareness and contingency / strategic planning, and am looking for people / organisations who have already established a planning project, that I can use or adapt to individual community needs.

If you know of any organisations that are into stage 2 [preparation] and have their links I would be grateful if you could pass on the info to me.
