I cannot down load my picture to the computer. I have the software loaded it sayes to hook camera to a serial port i have hook it up to the mouse port still won,t down load .Now thw sofe ware tells me to add a line to my bios which i don,t know how to. If you could help i would me happy if not could you tell me web site foe MAG Innoscan. I have even remove the soft ware and loaded it again . All my problem started i think when i down loaded the driver foe there scanner to.
