URL to transcript of Vanity Fair article

Regarding the recent excellent Vanity Fair article on Y2K...

I don't know how long the following URL will be good or if the transcript was posted with or without permission (suspect the latter) but the transcript has been posted to the Usenet group 'c.s.y2K' and can be accessed from an archive at:

http://www.remarq.com/default/transcript.pl?group=comp.software.year-2000:50034064:50034064&update=1770

Even if you access it here, I'd recommend buying a copy of Vanity Fair if you can -- simply to show your support for this kind of journalism.

Thanks Arnie,

I have a few e-mail friends who wanted to see that. Will check it against the original.

I did try e-mailing the publisher, Conde Nast on their web-site, to ask for posting permission, but the feedback system wasn't working properly.
