How to load film for Minox II/III/IIIS/B

FILM LOADING FOR Minox A/II/III/IIIs/B Step 1. Push and pull the camera several times to bring the film counter to LOADING position: For load 15 exp film at #18, load 36 or 30 exp film at red dot before 0. Step (2) Pull open the camera. Turn it over. Press the (( shape key at right hand side of camera with finger nail, pull the camera back open to show the film chambers. Step (3) OPEN THE FILM GATE. Hold camera with one hand at the chain end, hold viewfinder end--NOT the exposure meter end !-- with your other hand, push the camera inward SLIGHTLY, now the film gate is open. Step (4). Insert film cassette into the film chambers of the camera; there is only one way you can insert it. Step (5). Close camera: with one hand holding the chain end, the other the exposure meter end, push close the camera. Push pull Minox to set the counter to start position: for 15 exp film,set to #20. 36 EXP or 30 EXP set to 0. Now the camera is ready for use. TAKE PICTURE: PULL OPEN CAMERA to uncover viewfinder and lens, select shutter speed, set distant dial, see through viewfinder to compose picture, press the release button. Close the camera-- picture thus taken. Note: For Minox A/II/III/IIIs/B, every time you open/close camera, film will be advance one frame, even if you do not press the shutter. FILM ENDINGS: 15 EXP FILM ends at counter #36; 36 exp film ends at # 36; 30 EXP film ends at # 30.
