Couple of years ago, I read a book by Colin Forbes called The Power. Essentially, the plot went something like this:

A journalist gets photos of the President of the USA raping and then killing a woman. He escapes the Secret Service and manages to get to Europe, where he hands the photos over to the main character's Secret Service agency and goes into hiding. The main character's boss, acting on political orders, gets the photos and destroys them, but the main character has made copies. The bad guys suspect this and set off a massive car bomb that very narrowly kills the guy. After running across most of Western Europe, the main character and his friends manage to expose the Prez.

The essence of the novel was a quote that went something like, "It was only a matter of time until some really sick person got into the White House and began to abuse his power like that."

Read it. The President is 100% Bill Clinton.
