Idea: Cherry Brine and Vinegar Bacteria : LUSENET : Matrix Meridian Corporation : One Thread

I have access to a LARGE amount of brine used to bleach out the sugars and colour out of a maraschino cherry. It is very expensive to get rid of. Find a method to turn this waste into cash

Also, bacteria is used to make vinegar. However, once the process is done, the bacteria is tossed out.


- ethanol or methanol from the cherry brine (high sugar content) but acidic...farting bugs as Dave suggested?

- bacteria + sugar from brine...make cattle feed? What else?
