We are looking into doing some very simple video captures and edits that need to ultimately end up in digital video format (mostly product manufacturing and application clips). We have a Mac G3 with Photoshop & Illustrator and are thinking of Adobe Premier for the editing - but need some advice on the hardware. Is it best to go all digital (digital camera with firewire/usb connection to the Mac) or an analog camera with a capture card? Most videos will be taken on-site, but a good number will be taken "on location", so I need internal storage in the camera of at least 10-20 minutes per clip. Any and all advice is welcome.
