And Another : LUSENET : Lessig's Contracts : One Thread

Prof. Lessig,

Though you must be tiring of all this praise, I can't help but add in a few more thoughts. This class was immensely intellectually satisfying, not because we came to any supreme answers or solved dilemmas (most of us left each class FAR more confused than when we entered) but because we all got a taste of what it's like to truly think.

So many times this semester in your class I could feel my brain trying so hard to grasp concepts and make linkages. It felt like physical exertion! I can't tell you what a thrill it was to come to class each day knowing the challenge that lay ahead. This is thanks to your skill, your humor, and the constant questioning of assumptions that you emphasized at the end of today's class.

Also worthy of mention is your terrific ability to bring everyone in to the experience. I think we all appreciated how thoughtfully you regarded each our responses and queries, and how you made each of us feel we had something important to contribute.

With deepest appreciation and best wishes,

Another Anonymous Grateful Student
