I want to buy a scanner, but i don't understand very much about this. So i want your help to give me some sugestions to buy a medium cost scanner.

Are you looking for a flatbed or film scanner? Also, what price range do you consider medium cost? (There are a lot of options out there, at a wide variety of prices!)
