Best un-spun Y2K information source

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

The y2k veterans here know about this, but for newbies, the best all-around, unspun, no exageration nor hyperbole, source of y2k happenings from all (mainstream) press sources is:

yes, if you are looking for specific stuff, that's the place to look. however, an excellent way to begin is what i do each morning. i sit down with my cup of coffee and 1st site i look at is larry sanger's review, for an overview, before i go anywhere else.

Here are a few links to unspun press coverage of Y2K...

Sanger's Review of Y2K News Reports:

http://www.cruxnet.com/~sanger/y2k/

De Jager's Year 2000 Press Clippings:

http://www.year2000.com/articles/articles.html

When de Jager and Sanger get a few days behind, you can use this link to find up-to-date Y2K press articles:

http://search.excite.com/search.gw?collection=timely&search=y2k+millen nium+bug

I use this last link a lot because it's constantly updated.
