I am 17. I am very interested in law. Saturday night, I went to a 20th birthday party. We were drinking and 10 of us were arrested for underage drinking. We were not read our Miranda rights and when i asked the officer what my BAC was (it couldn't have been that high, i had 1 beer) he said, "that isn't important". I know that not being read our rights is illegal. At least I think it is. i just need some feedback on what i should do. Should we get a lawyer? How good of a chance do we have? Should they have told me my BAC when I asked? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.
