Attention "Soccer Moms"

In listening to Gary in the wee hours this morning, he mentioned that there is a site called Y2K Women which is written by and especially for them. He says it's one of the very best Y2K sites on the net. So if you haven't heard of this and are inclined to take a look, here is the link: http://www.y2kwoman.com

a< href="http://www.y2kwomen.com">Y2K Women

If you want, right click the link and open it in a new window. This way if the site is way cool you can bookmark it.

THE ABOVE LINK DOESN'T WORK

Duh! Sorry, folks. Still half asleep I guess. It's www.y2kwomen.com. Since I can't spell anything this morning the above links do not work. Hopefully this one will. If it doesn't I promise to go back to sleep.

The second one works just fine. In spite of it's name there are some "godies in there for the rest of us too.

Thanks.

Y2K Women is a great site. Also, you should try www.mrssurvival.com Boards for canning, cooking, herbs, etc., etc.

Don't take the bait girls! They're trying to get rid of us by sending us in the kitchen, while the men discuss our future in Yourdon's living room ;)

Seriously, y2kwomen is an excellent site. I first saw the link on Cassendra Project's homepage. I think Karen, who runs y2kwomen, started out with Pamela on Cassendra Project, didn't she? Anyway, this site is chock full o practical ideas and not bogged down by politics and semantics. As Karen says herself "my goal is to focus on the practical side of the problem -- where the rubber meets the road -- and how this will impact our families and us."

Men, you can lurk and learn, but wipe your shoes at the door and keep quiet ;)
