It is rare to see a shot this dead on with exposure and sharpness. The comp is great too, but it has one minor flaw in that the leg is cut off. Please understand that this is a minor critisism to a great image.

Perfect exposure of a tough subject matter; Detail in the whites without blowing them out. The leg cuttoff is bothering me a bit, but compositionally, it's an interesting shot.

I really like the exposure and composition of the image. What works out great with this photo is the movement of the body and the neck and the head within this specific frame. The leg cut-off does not bother me a bit. That is what makes the image's dynamic composition. Having included the leg, you would have had a smaller bird, more area around it and a totally different composition. I personally would have moved the bird a little more to the left.
