My VA disability (fed gov) check was not deposited to my bank account today as it should have been. First time in over 5 years. The teller said that the same was happening with SSI direct deposits.

Anyone else have the same problem?

I won't know about Soc. Sec. deposit until the 3rd.. I thought discontinuing direct deposits and automatic debits sounded like a reasonable suggestion when I read it; figured I'd take the Soc. Sec. check, deposit it myself and get a receipt. Why should I have any hope that I'll receive the check by U S mail?? I don't know which is the lesser of the two evils.

We recieved an email at work today saying that direct deposite at US Bank had not worked. They were working to fix it, and the bank would make good on overdraws.
