The "Seal" on the Papal flag is one and it has the Crossed Keys of Peter also the triple crown.

The "seal" on documents is the Fishermans Ring. Each Pope has his own and it is destroyed at his death.

Also each Bishop, the Pope as the Bishop of Rome, has a personal "Seal" The M stands for Mary, The yellow cross on the blue shield is for Christ's cross with the M at the foot for Mary standing at the foot of Christ's cross. Then there is the Crossed Keys and triple crown.

The paplal seal is the Popes coat of arms. Each pope has a a diffrent one but they are all some what slimar becuase they all have the flowlling in comon: They all have a stole, they all have 2 keys. Pope John paul the II is slimple. it has a M on it witch stads for his devotion to Mary. They get to desine the right half of the COA (coat of arms)

The Popes Emblem or Crest is always made up of a Stole and the Keys of heaven. The Shield itself is designed by each different Pope and it is then put on the Vatican's Flag. The current pope's Emblem is that of A Blue M for his Marian Devotion, a Cross and a Crown The Crown as Prince of the Church
