Speaking from an absolute void of any personal experience, digital- oriented pros I know tend to have their digital stuff output to a 'chrome using a high-end film recorder, such as a Cymbolic Sciences Fire 1000 or later, or a Kodak LVT recorder. (Keep in mind this is based on no actual direct experience myself.)
