What is the most effecient way of controling volumes of channels from within the k2500. Is it in song mode? I am using logic audio but I want to adjust volumes from with in the box.

Ideally you'd want to do this from Logic. That way each time you load a sequence file, the correct programs and thier appropriate volume/pan settings are ready to go.

If you insist on doing this from the K2, you'd have to create a sequence and save the program/volume/pan settings from the mixer page by hitting the KEEP button.
