Well, what of the reported AOL-Netscape-Sun deal? Does it suggest that Microsoft's bullying tactics fatally weakened Netscape? Or does it suggest that the Internet marketplace is so fast-changing -- and new threats to MS's dominance so readily imaginable -- that litigation of the sort brought by DoJ is irrelevant and even counterproductive? Or both?
