I recommend the The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) web site as a good resource to read about industry trends and see topics from back issues of their journal. Their journal has articles about models for staff development, teaching and learning. The St. Paul library has this journal and I would be willing to make copies of articles that the M.Ed group are interested in reading. The web address is: www.astd.org/
