I teach K through 12 graders and am looking for a source of lesson plans/ideas for using the digital camera with students. What is a good source?

Digital cameras are probably a poor choice for teaching about photography itself, since most are just really really expensive point-and-shoot models.

The strength of digital would be in the instant availablility of the images and the ability to use computers to cheaply manipulate and print them. How you could take advantages of these strengths depends a lot on what hardware and software you have BESIDES the camera.

Two broad areas of study that come to mind are: the physics of light and the documentation of biological processes.

Fun things would be making your own calendars, yearbooks, stickers, etc.
