Can you upload images to Oly 400?

Does anyone know if you can upload archived images from a Mac to the new Oly 400 (for classroom slideshow presentations)

Uh! We didn't test for this during the short time we had the 400 here for testing. You *should* be able to do so with a FlashPath adapter in a PC (Macs can't write to the SmartMedia in a FlashPath, but PCs can). Most likely though, you'll only be able to output **untouched** camera originals. Most digital cameras (the Olys included in this group, in our experience) can't read images that have been saved by Photoshop or other image manipulation programs. Exceptions to this are the Casio models, and the Digita-based cameras from Kodak or Minolta. Thus, the 400 most likely would be useful if you need to apply text overlays, etc to the images, but should work fine for playing back assemblages of original images.

I uploaded some jpeg file to my Oly 400 with a FlashPath adapter in a PC (not a Mac) but on condition that the files must be 1280x960 or 640x480 resolutions. If you change this original resolutions by any image manupilation program and try to upload to Oly 400, the camera ignore the pictures
