Contract Grade Fall 1998-Spring 1999 (posted by mjm)

I would like to do two year long projects to bring my grade to an A. They are both projects that I have been involved with since last year. I would like to use my building steward role as one project. I attend monthly meetings and with the strike being very possible I am sure I will have some extra responsibilities added to the job. I would also like to use my site team membership as my second project. I attend monthly meetings and am involved with making decisions for the building. I will keep records of meeting minutes and share information with and convey input from my constituencies. By serving in these two roles, I work with very experienced, knowledgeable people and learn a great deal from them and the processes. I have already benefitted greatly from being involved with these two programs. These are two positions in which I am already actively involved and would be grateful for the opportunity to use them for my A grade.
