Why no Fuji MX-700 review?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Imaging Resource Discussion : One Thread

Dear folks, Thank you for a wonderful resource in chosing digital cameras. Is there a reason you have not reviewed the Fujifilm MX-700? It would seem to be comparable to the Toshiba PDR-M1. I would like to see comparison pictures if possible. I looked at the color output from various cameras on our site. The two that stood out were the Olympus D600L with which I have experience, and the higher level Toshiba camera. I was particularly disappointed in the color of portraits done with the new Olympus D-400Z, which otherwise seems ideal. I have seen output from the MX-700 on the Dream Arts website in Japan. The colors and resolution of outdoor photographs were excellent. I have not seen examples of portraits except for some disappointing promo shots. How does the MX-700 stack up?

Sincerely yours, Jan Stepka Lexington, KY

It's not just comparable, it's the same thing. No point in a seperate review for the fuji 700. Just look at toshiba M1.
