Does anyone know where I can obtain bulk grains such as wheat or rice in 50 lb bags in the St Louis area? Thanks.

Try the local bakery supply house. I called Federal Bakers here and said we were looking all over for a source of wheat, feed stores and the like, and asked if they could direct me. The girl said "why don't you just come in here and buy it?" and she proceeded to name off a whole bunch of types that were available in 25 and 50 lb. bags.
