Can the CoolPix 900S be converted to work with PAL television instead of NTSC - if not where do I buy one?

I think the short answers are "no", and "Europe or Japan". - Sorry to not have a more positive response for you. Don't know if you might find vendors on the web that trade overseas. One note: I've heard that Japanese PAL and European PAL are a bit different: Make sure you get the right flavor for your needs!
