I'm not sure if this is rehashing the old color matching issue since I'm new to digital photography. I have the Epson PhotoPC 700 camera and the Stylus 700 printer. The colors on my NEC Multisync monitor is always more vibrant that my prints. I generally print from Adobe Photo Deluxe or Image Expert.

Do I need to do something to compensate for this ? Is this normal ?

The short answer is that your results are normal. A reflective print will never look as good as a monitor or a slide...
