Reminds me of other expert research and advice over the last decades:

Eggs are bad for you - eggs are good for you.

Running wears out your joints - running is good for your joints.

Milk builds calcium in bones - milk robs calcium from bones.

Don't eat fiber for ulcers - eat fiber for ulcers

Spare the rod, spoil the child -

Ad nauseum

And the Big lesson is: Experts are limited...nothing is set in stone..the Uncertainty Factor rules! Yes? How about: Human life is full of risk...always has been, always will be? How about: An expert opinion and a buck will get you a cup of regular coffee...no latte..no mocha?

Donna, I bring my own mug to the corner 7-11 clone, give the owner a quarter, refill my mug, wipe down the counter for him when I get done - and walk out. I don't what other people get charged, but he and I know the value of a cup.

A buck for a cup of coffee As Jean would say :AAHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The woe, the agony, the inhumanity of it all.

I used to say 50 cents and opinion got you a cup a coffee...haven't said that for years in the LA area...even in restaurants cup cost 90 cents....needless to say, I drink coffee at home...and water, beer or wine out...and even at that...at home is thriftier....

I agree with you Robert....I know the value of a cup.
