I just used Ed Yardeni's search engine on the SEC y2k reports for Texas Utilities Inc. The report was short and did not tell how much of the budgeted monies that have been spent thus far. There was one line that was very disturbing:

"For the corporate-wide effort on embedded systems, a majority of the assessment work has been completed"

James, I guess the message between the lines says, "we aren't even done with the assessment yet, let alone the remediation OR the testing. Sounds like a worrisome prospect to me. Coleman lanterns anyone?
