So often in rural Canada, service is a song and dance routine by everyone involved... This is one time I can't trash Canon's warranty or service staff. The work was done on time and personel was eager to serve. They claim priority is given to xl 1 claims and I found this to hold true. This forum can complement as well as complain...well done Canon.
