Here is the web site for the Oregon Public Utilities Survey results of the utility companies. While I found my own power company "PGE" sorely lacking in providing any information I thought it was interesting to see what some other companies are saying (or not saying) about their level of compliance.

Anyone out there involved in the utility industries in Oregon care to respond to any of this?

I also recall reading in the paper last weekend that Pacificorp is trying to sell off all of it's utility holdings?

Not feeling very cozy up here in the NW...
