You might want to look into IBM TeamPac. It is a series of 2-4hr. modules designed to be used to launch a team and address all the problems faced by a new team as it goes throught the various stages of development.There are 26 modules divided into 4 sections. They are forming, storming, norming & performing. I have ysed them and they are pretty good. We use them in conjunction with MBTI to develop our cross functional teams.
