Antonio,

Bailey Controls has a very extensive website with Y2k compliance of all individual Network 90 components. It's hard to say what you will have to do, as each Network 90 installation is unique, and there are so many components in each system. You might want to start by reviewing the information on Bailey's website (www.bailey.com)and then doing an inventory of your specific system to determine what is actually compliant, and what is not.

There are quite a few research papers currently being published on contingency planning in process control environments, and you will probably want to do a web search to find them. For every part of the Network 90 system that you can not make compliant, you need to look at the overall impact to the whole system, and develop plans for either manually operating the diabled functionality or totally shutting off that functionality.

There are many risks in scenario you've described. You really need to think about hiring a consultant to assist you - someone who has done this before. There isn't a lot of time remaining.

Good luck!
