Ricoh RDS4200

I do not find any mention here about Ricoh digitals cameras. How does the Ricoh RDS 4200 compare with other megapixel products?

The product seems to have most of the features of other megapixel products, at a considerably lower price.

Does it produce a picture quality comparable?

I've owned one for two days now and it works quite well for the price. It's biggest drawback is no optical viewfinder and thus absolutly awful battery life. In fact I was cruising around to find out if this is normal or if I got a bad one. At $450 here at the local Costco it has many nice features.

The quality is great! It is my 4th digi cam and the best. From saples I have seen on the net..it does compare with the other good cameras costing much more.If u do get it...do invest in the nimh batteries..alkaline and ni cad are not good. For the best deal on nimh batteries and charger..check out this place..I ordered mine there and my order arrived in 2 days..seeya http://thomas-distributing.com/maha-aa-t.htm
