I need to know how much iodine to add to water for long term storage.

Answers

I don't know about iodine, but 8 drops of regular chlorine bleach (like Clorox or a store brand) per gallon will do the trick, too. Check out the Cassandra Project site (a Yahoo search should bring it up). They have all sorts of info.
